Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the apps published by LSTG Move Ltee (Company Registration No. C24209627, Moka, Mauritius; "LSTG Move", "we"): GoYogAI (yoga), TeeTwin (golf) and TaiChiAI (tai chi), their companion apps for coaches and instructors, and their websites. By creating an account in one of the apps you accept them.

Each app also shows its own terms of use, and separate terms for coaches and instructors, in the app and on its website. They give the details for that app; if they differ from this page on a point, the app's own terms apply to that app.

1. The service

Our apps help you practise yoga, golf or tai chi. Your phone's camera tracks your body and compares your poses, positions or moves with those recorded by a real coach of your gender and build. You can also create routines, follow your progress, and book live video lessons with independent instructors.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
• You sign in with a code sent to your email: keep access to your email secure. Your account is personal.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account › Delete account).

3. Free week, plans and payments

• After you sign up, each app is free and complete for 7 days. No payment details are asked for, and nothing is charged at the end of the week.
• After that, a paid plan (monthly or yearly) is needed to keep practising. Your account and settings stay available, and live lessons can still be booked and paid per lesson.
• Plans are subscriptions bought and managed through the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play (Android). They renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country. A price change applies only to future billing periods.
• Refunds are described in our Refund policy.

4. Lessons with instructors

• Instructors are independent professionals, not our employees. They set their own fee, availability and payment details.
• For now, you pay the instructor directly, using the details they give once you book. We do not handle this payment and are not a party to the agreement between you and the instructor. We invoice instructors a commission on the lessons they gave.
• You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a lesson. After that, the instructor may still ask you to pay.

5. Health and safety

Yoga, golf and tai chi are physical activities. Warm up, practise in a clear space on a non-slip surface, never force a position or a movement, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. The scores and advice in the apps are training aids, not medical or professional advice. If you have a health condition or an injury, ask a doctor before practising.

6. Licence and intellectual property

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the apps for your own personal practice.
• The apps, their libraries, instructions, texts, design and software belong to LSTG Move Ltee or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them.
• Coaches keep the rights to the recordings they make, and allow us to show them to the students paired with them, as set out in the terms for coaches and instructors.

7. Respect for others

Do not post offensive, false or unlawful content (for example in reviews or profiles), harass anyone, or misuse or try to break the service. You can report a review or a profile and block a user in the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the apps available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that body tracking will be exact. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for lessons, payments or disputes between students and instructors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use and protect it.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will say so in the apps before important changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, and disputes are for the courts of Mauritius, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
