This policy covers the apps published by LSTG Move Ltee and this website, lstgmove.com:

• GoYogAI and GoYogAI Coach (yoga), website goyoga.ai
• TeeTwin and TeeTwin Pro (golf), website teetwin.ai
• TaiChiAI and TaiChiAI Coach (tai chi), website taichiai.app

LSTG Move Ltee (Company Registration No. C24209627), a company incorporated in Mauritius with its registered office at UHY House, 71 impasse Saipan, Vivea Business Park, Concordia, 81405 Moka, Mauritius ("LSTG Move", "we"), is responsible for your personal data.

Each app also shows its own privacy policy, in the app and on its website. It gives the details for that app; if it differs from this page on a point, the app's own policy applies to that app.

1. What we collect

• Your account: email address, name and, if you give it, your mobile number; and whether you use the app as a student or golfer, a coach, or an instructor.
• Your profile: gender and, if you enter them, your age range and level. In TeeTwin, also your playing hand and handicap. Instructors also give their country, time zone, languages, a short description, their availability, time off, lesson fee and currency, and a photo if they add one.
• Your body measurements (calibration): seven numbers (the length of your torso, shoulders, upper arm, forearm, thigh and shin, and an estimated height) and the date they were taken.
• Camera, LiDAR and body tracking: the camera picture, and the depth measured by LiDAR on the phones that have it, are analysed on your own phone. We never receive or store your picture or a video of you. Only the calibration numbers and your results leave the phone.
• Practice: your results (a score for each pose, position or move, its level and the date) and the routines you create. Not the camera picture and not your skeleton.
• Coaches' recordings: for each pose, position or move a coach records, the positions of the body's joints. These are skeletons made of points, not pictures. Students see them anonymously, never with the coach's name.
• Lessons: bookings, times, the student's note, cancellations, the lesson fee and our commission, the payment details an instructor chooses to show, and the rating and comment left after a lesson.
• Subscriptions: your plan, when it started and when it renews or ends, and which store it was bought in. Plans are paid to Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play): we never see your card or payment details.
• Help assistant (TeeTwin only): the text of the questions you type and the answers, kept without your name or email for up to 12 months.
• Safety: the reviews or profiles you report, and the people you block.
• Technical data: our web servers, including the one serving lstgmove.com, keep standard logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security, for 14 days.

We do not show advertising in the apps, do not use advertising identifiers, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell your data. This website sets no cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for: your account, login codes, library, routines, scores and progress, and your lessons.
• To pair each student or golfer with a coach of the same gender and the closest build, using the body measurements, and to score practice against that coach's recordings. You agree to this when you calibrate, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your measurements.
• To show students the recordings of the coach they are paired with. Coaches agree to this when they calibrate and record.
• To keep the apps safe: handling reports, blocking, and preventing fraud and abuse.
• To answer you when you write to us.

3. Who sees it

• Other users, only as needed: students see the recordings of the coach they are matched with, anonymously (a label such as "Twin 418"); they see an instructor's profile, rating and reviews; an instructor and a student see each other's name and the details of the lessons they share.
• Our service providers, who handle data only on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (servers, database and files, in the Mumbai, India region), Resend (login-code and lesson emails), ImprovMX (forwarding emails sent to our support addresses), RevenueCat (which checks subscription purchases with the store), Apple and Google (purchases), and, for TeeTwin's help assistant only, Anthropic.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Your data is stored in India, which may be outside your country. Where the law requires it (for example for users in the European Union or the United Kingdom), these transfers are covered by our providers' standard data-protection clauses.

4. How long we keep it

• Your account, profile, body measurements, scores, lessons, reviews and reports: as long as your account exists.
• A coach's recordings, with the coach's gender and body measurements: also after the account is closed, for as long as students practise against them. The closed account is anonymous.
• Backups of the databases: up to 30 days.
• Records of lesson fees and commissions: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• Server logs: 14 days.

5. Your rights and choices

• Delete your account at any time in the app: Account › Delete account. Each app's website also explains how.
• Delete only your body measurements: Account › Delete my body measurements.
• Block another user, and report a review or a profile, from the app.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. We answer within one month.
• If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius, or to the data protection authority where you live.

6. Security

Data is always sent encrypted (HTTPS). Our databases cannot be reached from the internet, backups are stored encrypted, and access is limited to what is needed to run the apps.

7. Children

Our apps are not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will say so in the apps before the change applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
